1. Register for USAV Membership
Screenshot the confirmation email with players registration number (you will need this for tryout registration!), or download the digital card on your smartphone. *Note: Digital cards can only be accessed from a smartphone.
2. Complete & Notarize the Medical Release Form
Print and NOTARIZE medical release form and bring to tryouts. We cannot guarantee we will have a Notary at our tryouts, please try and get this document notarized ahead of time!
3. Register For Tryouts
Note: You will be required to confirm your USAV membership number in the form.

Athletes are expected to attend both tryout dates!

13U Tryouts will be held Sunday October 25th from 2:00-4:30PM & Wednesday October 28th from 5:30-8PM in the University of West Florida HLS building. The address is 11000 University Pkwy Building 72, Pensacola, FL 32514.

Makeup tryouts
Makeup tryouts will be an additional $10 cost and held Wednesday, November 4th from 6:00-8:00PM at the University of West Florida HLS Building.
Teams will be selected within a few days after tryouts. Once teams are set, coaches will be contacting the players to schedule a team meeting to go over the tournament schedule and finalize practice dates.
