1. Register for USAV Membership
Print the confirmation email with players registration number (you will need this for tryout registration!), or download the digital card on your smartphone. *Note: Digital cards can only be accessed from a smartphone.
2. Complete & Notarize the Medical Release Form
Print and NOTARIZE medical release form and bring to tryouts.
3. Register For Tryouts
Note: You will be required to confirm your USAV membership number in the form.

'24-'25 Tryouts
Athletes are expected to attend both tryout dates!

11U Tryouts will be held on Sunday October 27th from 1-3PM & Monday October 28th from 7:30-9:00PM at the University of West Florida HLS Building. Address is : 11000 University Pkwy Building 72, Pensacola, FL 32514.

Teams will be selected within a few days after tryouts. Once teams are set, coaches will be contacting the players to schedule a team meeting to go over the tournament schedule and finalize practice dates.
