PLAYING EXPERIENCE

A Pensacola native, Coach Sina is a proud alumna of West Florida Waves and Pensacola Catholic High School. At Catholic, she was a three-time First Team All-Area selection, 2015 Pensacola News Journal Player of the Year, FHSAA All-State MVP, and helped lead the Crusaders to back-to-back district championships and a State Final Four appearance.

Sina began her collegiate career as a defensive specialist/libero at Stetson University before competing at Pensacola State College, where she helped capture the 2016 Panhandle Conference Championship while leading the NJCAA in aces and hitting percentage. She finished her indoor career at the University of North Alabama as an OH/DS. As a senior at UNA, Sina also made program history as a captain and member of the Lions’ inaugural NCAA Division I beach volleyball team, competing primarily in the No. 3 pair.

Sina currently serves as the Varsity Assistant and Head JV Coach at Pensacola Catholic.

Drawing from her experience across multiple levels of collegiate volleyball, her coaching approach is rooted in competitiveness, accountability and high volleyball IQ. Sina is passionate about helping athletes understand what it takes to compete at the next level while building the confidence, discipline and leadership skills that extend beyond the court!
